Do you want to build your own city? In TheoTown you can watch your own city growing. Declare zones for residential, commercial or industrial buildings and build road to connect them. Make your city more attractive by building parks, schools and so on.

This city building game is currently in alpha phase, so some features are still missing. Nonetheless, one can already have a lot of fun in it. Sounds funny? Then you may give it a try!

I really enjoy this one. Takes me back to almost the first Sim City game I used to play back on my Amiga 500. I would suggest if there could be feedback from the properties when an icon pops up (such as no road or water). Some of them I do not understand. Also a newspaper reel quoting what citizens want for their cities and some graphs would be nice as well. Top job and well done.

You are doing very good with this game but I have a suggestion can you add a way to choose your shops (ex: malls, comic book shops, clothing shops etc) and can you add a space station where we choose a planet to go to. Thanks FOR MAKING THEO TOWN IT'S WONDERFUL <3

I've been playing for a little while now, and I'm all ready obsessed with this game! I love the calm music and the graphics of this game. It's also very cute in its ways. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a calm building type game!

No lag, no cash purchases, no waiting, challenging enough, got sandbox, have a lot of potential. Can add screen rotation, water vehicles maybe like barge, trains was already mentioned. Disasters too, like epidemics and tornado or storm surge.
